its quiet and peacefull big apartments and living space, on some apts cannot get any other television service that one wanted maintenace could use some improvements on quality

I wouldn't recomend anyone because the max internet speed is 1.5 Mbps through At&t DSL. These days TV, cell phone, Land line phone, vonage, Laptops, desktop, netflix, everything works on internet. If u cannot even watch a movie and talk on the phone at the same time, there is no point in living at this apartment, even though everything else is good.

I enjoy living at the Waterstone apartments. I honestly have not had a lot of contact with the office staff, but have notived a significant turn-around in that area of these apartments. In less than a year, there is an entire new office staff working here. The only employees I still see are the two maintainence guys. Appollo is awesome, by the way. He is very personable and seems to be a very hard worker. With all he has to do around here, he does his best to attend to all tennant's needs in a timely manner and always does it with a smile. On another note, I pay my rent and bills on time and I see myself as a pretty low maintainence tennant. I never complain about anything and hardly ever call the office or go in unless it is to pay my rent, pick up a package, or ask a question. However, in the year I have lived here, I have had only a couple of requests. One, that I be able to move my parking spot closer to my apartment since my truck was vandalized a few months ago. I even went so far as to dilligently watch and record the cars in the spots directly across from my apartment twice a day (am and pm) for an entire week. I was able to provide the office with at least 5 out of 10 completely vacant spots directly across from my apartment. I still have not been given one of these spots. There was a comment made in the office that I was such a good tennant with a perfect record of on time payments, that I should get some kind of incentive. I think a free carpet cleaning was brought up in that conversation. I had inquired about it at a later date and was told that that was not going to be an option. I think that the Waterstone apartments should offer their good and long lasting tennants some kind of gesture of appreciation. It doesn't have to be very big, but a kind, litte gesture to say "thank you for being such a good tennant" goes a long way in making tennants comfortable and happy where they are living. I know that there have already been 8 long term tennants that have moved, due to the rent increases AND the lack of appreciation here at the Waterstone apartments. Other than these two issues, I am very happy living here and just recently signed another year long agreement to stay here at the Waterstone apartments. I just hope that there are some changes made in the customer service aspect of the management. Thank you, Mahina Tankersley

I like the safety, I like the layout, I like the fact that it is away from town. I am not happy with the fact that so many of the animal owners do not pick up after their dogs. I am so tired of looking at dog poop every where and you would think at the high price of the apartments there should be a steep fine for the people who do not care enough to pick up after their pet. It's really discusting. I have neighbors that walk like elephants upstairs and play their music too loud. I have already complained 3 times. I also think it's insane to have to pay trash and water at these apartments. I have never heard of such a thing. However, I am really happy with the managers. They are very kind and helpful.
